Laguna Lake is the largest in the Philippines, supporting more than 17 million people by providing ecosystem services that underpin key economic activities. This report highlights how integrated, system-wide adaptation in the Laguna Lake area can safeguard livelihoods, protect ecosystems, and support sustainable development. The report was initiated and coordinated by the government and was supported by Green Climate Fund through the ASEAN Catalytic Green Finance Facility.
