Five English children are spending their holidays in a white house on the edge of a hill. On the first day, they decide to dig a hole in a mine and end up encountering a strange furry creature: a sand goblin. Every day, the creature fulfills a wish of children, who want to be beautiful, rich, live in castles, have wings, etc. However, children do not find the expected happiness before they will have great challenges to solve and many adventures to live.
