Children are precious, uniquely designed, and, at times, quite funny. Kids have a talent for telling it like it is. In Chicken Pops and Weasels, author Kitty Mears offers a collection of stories that schoolchildren said to her during her many years of classroom teaching in both public and private schools.
These selections include how children applied their own creative minds to solve questions from mathematics to reading, and it also offers kids views on their family issues. From health care, to church, to school, children have their own thoughts and opinions about how they perceive life, often providing a humorous look at their world.
Entertaining and insightful, Chicken Pops and Weasels encourages all to relish small, comedic moments in their daily lives.
