Carousels

A novella set in the 1970s and 80s which tells the story of a young woman and her desires. Work is what gives the daytime hours meaning, while love or the attempt to find it occupies the rest. In the end, the story suggests that the answer to the question, "What is it that I want?" is not found in the external world, but in who we are and who we choose to become.
