About

This book for the woman who feels overwhelmed, exhausted, and ignored. Today, too many women are navigating invisible illness alone. They are dismissed in exam rooms and minimized in conversations. They are praised for endurance while their bodies quietly deteriorate. They are told their labs are fine while their lives feel anything but.

The information, reflections, case studies, and steps to take within these pages are based on Katherine's personal health journey. Everyone viewed her as the picture of health, but her body was inflamed, anxious, bloated, and slowly breaking down. After years of inconclusive tests, diets, supplements, specialists, prayer, pushing through, and second-guessing herself, she dove into the scientific research around the rise in invisible illnesses affecting women and sought the answers she and so many need. Here, she shares the road map, a five-phase approach to healing, she wished she had at the beginning of her health journey and one she shares today with other women.

Katherine Rose, IHP, CPT, is an integrative health practitioner and personal trainer who has dedicated her life to helping others achieve optimum physical and mental health. Based in North Carolina, she helps clients across the US and Canada move from surviving to thriving.
