Building the ship is the journey that one must travel to establish a real relationship with Jehovah, the true and living self existing God. From the moment we give our lives to God we become members of His family, yet it doesn't end there. Although we have now become members of a multitrillion member family, we must now work our our soul Salvation. We must go on this journey with our father, mother and our siblings. Jesus said, "Who are my mother my brother and my sister? Those who do the will of my father, those are my family members in Christ Jesus. This book will guide you through the process of Spiritual growth in the Lord.
It is essential to grow as believers in Christ. We have to become mature men and women of God. Paul said "when I was a child I acted like a child, I spoke as child and I did childish things. But when I became a man I put away child like things." (1 Cor. 13: 11)
John the Baptist and our Messiah both grew in statue and favor with God and man. It is imperative that we understand simply becoming a follower of Jesus is not enough. We must grow up into sons, daughters, stewards and teachers of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have to go from the standpoint of being taught to being teachers. We are co-laborers with the Lord and one another. The bible says that we are to go from faith to faith and from glory to glory We ought to go from strength to strength to confidence in God. So let us take this journey together shall we. It's time to grown in God so that we can grow more in the image and likeness of God.
