Within-, meditation is the frame of the book, an extension from "Breathing Between Eyes" awakening the body-mind communication flawlessly. This train of thought executes the exercise of how words flow within the mind and projects them onto the raw feelings of emotional communication and reality. Negativity creates more silences rather than positivity to words of emotion in motion. Being a human being and a good person, Negativity is more similar to rest rather than positivity to war. The negative focus of awareness within the mind-body communication ruthlessly annihilates positivity with silence. When negativity and positivity dance, the sound becomes negative communication and imagination within the silences of positivity.
The "Immovable Shadow Warrior Movement" is the alchemy between communication, imagination, wisdom, and reality. "Perception is Reality" These silences are within the warriorship of learning silence, making me as wise as the warrior. I am the poet warrior I want to be, and these are the words from alchemy.
