About

My wife has been asking me to write a book on finance for years, but I've never felt qualified to dive into such a complicated area. Of all the certifications and degrees that I have obtained in life, none of them are in finance. There are plenty of people who are far more well-versed than I am on the subject. So why now? Quite frankly, all my financial lessons have come from books and life experiences - trials, errors, mistakes, gains, and losses. I've been so broke I didn't have two nickels to rub together, and I've been stupid when there was more than enough in my bank account. Now, my wife and I are living debt free on our income, not on credit. Some may say it's impossible, but when you stop trying to "keep up with the Joneses," "robbing Peter to pay Paul" or "spending more than you make," your outlook changes. "Broke In…" will teach you how to conquer debt and learn to live comfortably, within your means.
