Clint Edwards' back hurts. And after ill-advised piggyback rides, carrying his 8-year-old through a 5K and failed trampoline tricks, he's accepted that this pain is just part of being a dad. Creator of the parenting blog No Idea What I'm Doing, Clint shares the misfortunes, triumphs and hilarity of daily life as a family of five in the midst of a pandemic.
These 26 stories from Clint's chaotic adventures with his wife, 15-, 12-and 8-year-old include "I Tried to Impress My Kids at a Trampoline Park, And Now I Need a Chiropractor," "All I Want is One Last My Little Pony Night" and "Giving My Kids Consequences, Is Turning Me from Walter White to Heisenberg." Genuine and intensely funny, Clint is still figuring out how to carry fatherhood on his shoulders without crumbling under the weight, and he's sharing his journey with you. This relatable collection shows all the ways kids can possibly go about breaking dad and, while they're at it, mending him.
