Dira Rufaro Polori was born in Warrenton (Magareng), Ikhutseng Location, Northern Cape, a place stripped of resources and opportunities that stunt the growth of African citizens. He is an open‑minded visionary who believes in confronting the surroundings that choke Black potential.
