About the book: Our Black identity is under siege. Our education, culture, economy, values-everything that defines us-is being compromiseded by Eurocentricity. This is our wake-up call to rise and rebuild our black nation. But where do we start? The foundation lies in studying our past and bracing for the future – and this is the sole purpose of this book. Black Nation serves as a clarion call to action, offering a panoramic view of what it takes to reclaim our Black identity, challenging systemic oppression, promoting economic empowerment, and steering clear of Eurocentric indoctrination. From championing Afrocentric education, the role of family structures, music, and community events towards fully realizing the spirit of Ubuntu and much more, this book is our blueprint for the ultimate Black resurgence. It's about uniting and securing a future where our Black identity not only survives but thrives. Dira Rufaro Polori was born in Warrenton (Magareng), Ikhutseng Location, Northern Cape, a place stripped of resources and opportunities that stunt the growth of African citizens. He is an open‑minded visionary who believes in confronting the surroundings that choke Black potential. Ignorance and apathy-especially regarding the African condition-are the enemies he fights most fiercely, urging Black consciousness to awaken and reclaim dignity and self‑determination.
