This is a harrowing tale of living with and coping with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. It is a raw, first-person mental health memoir that leads with honesty, lived experience, and emotional depth rather than polish and platitudes. Its shame-focused narrative is specific, unfiltered, deeply relatable, and inspiring. If you have struggled with mental health or loved someone with mental health issues, this book will give you perspective on the train wreck of living in survival mode and will foster hope that it can be overcome by anyone willing to do the work. This book is part of the work for me.
