About

Between The Books, Collection of Poetry 2. 1983-1900 is about my college years. It's a new phase. In some ways, a new me emerged. In some ways, the old me never left. My college years are where I found and lost friends. love and even myself. Thanks to all my friends, my college years were when I felt most acknowledged and respected by the people around me.

My college years gave me knowledge on what issues I was learning in each class, and I thought that knowledge did not spill to my daily life outside of the school. However, looking back, with all the losses, voids, and turmoil, I found my strength, courage, determination and purpose.
