Becoming Whole: The Companion to A Little Bit of Therapy and a Whole Lotta God
Transformation rarely happens through reading alone. It happens when insight becomes reflection, and reflection becomes action.
Becoming Whole is the official companion journal to A Little Bit of Therapy and a Whole Lotta God, designed to help readers move beyond inspiration and into personal integration. While the original book shares the author's journey through therapy, faith, relationships, and healing, this journal provides a structured space for readers to examine their own patterns, beliefs, and choices.
Organized around the same themes explored in the book, the journal guides readers through a thoughtful progression of awareness, reflection, and action. Each section encourages honest self-examination while offering practical frameworks to help readers identify relational patterns, confront inherited beliefs, and intentionally rebuild areas of life that require change.
Inside this companion journal, readers will find guided prompts and structured exercises that explore topics such as:
• Recognizing relational patterns and emotional triggers
• Understanding attachment, identity, and personal responsibility
• Examining how faith and personal healing intersect
• Releasing unhealthy patterns and rebuilding new foundations
• Clarifying identity, boundaries, and future direction
• Breaking generational cycles and creating healthier models for the next generation
Rather than offering quick answers, Becoming Whole creates space for thoughtful engagement with the deeper work of personal growth. Through writing, reflection, and intentional planning, readers are invited to move from awareness toward meaningful change in their relationships, their beliefs, and their understanding of themselves.
Designed to be used alongside the book or as a standalone reflective tool, this journal serves as a guide for anyone seeking to apply the lessons of healing, faith, and personal responsibility in their own life.
The work of becoming whole begins with honest reflection-and continues through the choices we make afterward.
