Find hope and inspiration in a breast cancer survivor's miraculous recovery and discover how an alternative treatment approach literally saved her life... in just 8 short months! Diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer, Kat Turner was given eighteen months to live - but God had another plan. After starting an alternative treatment, she went from planning her funeral to planning her future. Beginning with the discovery of this recurrence in 2012, Kat started keeping a diary and, as days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months and months turned to years, her journaling grew into something much bigger. While in the bargaining stage of grief over her diagnosis, Kat made a promise to God and her diary/turned memoir is a fulfillment of that promise. In Beating Cancer Without Breaking a Sweat, Kat shares how a combination of prayer and Protocel played a major role in a kinder, gentler, easier, inexpensive, and non-toxic treatment which took her from Stage IV to no evidence of disease in only eight months. A fast, easy read, brimming with positivity and humor, Kat's testimony offers hope and spiritual nourishment to anyone who has, or has a loved one who has, been recently diagnosed with cancer and serves an invaluable resource for navigating the road less traveled. Kat's candor and medical insights alongside recipes, life hacks, and mindfulness moments are a welcome support, encouraging readers to have faith and stay positive as they explore treatment options with their medical team. This is her story.
