Bzzzreeheee! Every individual has a place of belonging in this world as well as a purpose in life, no matter how bzzzarre. In this book, a curiously furry honeybee realizes her destiny when she is called to carry pollen to a faraway flower. She'll do everything in her might to make it happen: dashing past frog tongues, zooming through lightning storms, and climbing a mountain her way to hairy heroism. Follow her through 32-pages of watercolor bliss. Her story is lyrical, whimsical, and adorable, written with grown up words that give smart kids the credit they deserve. In addition to being a treat to read, it celebrates the little miracles that happen every day, like babies and flowers and bees, with a positive message for all to enjoy. This book also reminds us of the tremendous value of bees. The disappearance of the bees, a.k.a. colony collapse disorder, is a phenomena that affects all of us. It's time for us to rally together and appreciate the bees for all the beauty they bring. All of the illustrations in this book are hand-brushed with watercolor paint mixed with natural blackberry honey, to keep the paint soft, smooth, and yes - ever so sweet.
