Have you ever looked in the mirror and not recognized the person staring back? If so, this book is meant to lead you back to the real you.
Not just men have midlife crises. Women have them too, but they take place more as a midlife renaissance, a reawakening to who you are and what you want. It's less of a pining for the past, and more of an excitement for the future. It's about hope and renewal in the face of adversity.
In Back to Me, author Chandra Kennett shares a lifetime of lessons, both learned and unlearned, on her reawakening journey back to herself. It explores the intersections of childhood trauma and abandonment, midlife crisis, and spiritual awakening.
This book is for you if you've ever felt stuck, lost, or fed-up. If you've ever felt like the passenger, rather than the captain of your own life. If you've ever felt like you weren't worthy of dreaming big, or of being truly happy. Because, spoiler alert, you are worthy of all that and more. You are worthy simply because you are you.
Back to Me is your permission slip to figure out what you really want and to remember who you really are.
