About

Animal Farm (1945) is a novel that tells the story of a group of farm animals who rebel against the farmer who exploits them. Tired of hunger, hard work, and mistreatment, they drive the humans away and establish a community of their own, where all animals are equal and can enjoy the fruits of their labour.

After their victory, the animals begin to organize their new society according to a set of shared principles, pursuing the dream of a better future. However, as the months pass, the pigs, regarded as the most intelligent animals, take on an increasingly important role in governing the farm. Gradually, decision-making becomes concentrated in the hands of a few, and the promises of equality begin to change.

As life on the farm evolves, the animals must face both internal and external challenges that put the ideals of their revolution to the test.
