Sarah is an amnesiac, haunted by a past she can't remember. She's not aware of being an exile from a community of beings known only as ancients, the predecessor of the modern witch, vampire, and werewolf. After an emotionally abusive few years being raised by a vampire family she believes is her own, she meets David, the childhood friend she can't remember. But they're not kids anymore, and when a deep emotional connection between them creates nothing but confusion, Sarah must reclaim her past and find ou who and what she is.
