After falling into the White Rabbit's lair and experiencing magical adventures in Wonderland, Alice, curious as ever, decides to investigate what exists behind the mirror above the fireplace in her house.
Somehow, she manages to pass through the mirror and out into a completely different world, a little crazy, even, with terrain marked like a chessboard. There, she meets eccentric and surprising figures like the white King and Queen and the red King and Queen of the chess game, the White Rabbit, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Humpty Dumpty, talking flowers, animals and many other fantastic beings.
And it is with them that Alice lives funny or strange situations, or dangerous, or absurd, always in a natural way and without estrangement. All of this is governed by the rules of the chess game, which the girl must follow to reach her destination and fulfill her dream.
