Afifah

This novel looks at history through the eyes of an uneducated but dearly perceptive Bedouin women whose life begins in a traditional, and safe environment, and ends in the drastic changes, and shattered world of today. With no dialogue, the story unfolds through the thoughts, and experiences of Afifah, who is overcome by forces beyond her control that result in the oblivion of both herself and her people.
