Part 1, Advanced Contemplation, offers a direct route to the deepest mystical states--yielding permanent results of a metaphysical, transpersonal, and universal nature. It introduces Short Path (sudden) practices (such as Zen, Krishnamurti, etc.), develops them, explains why they are so often insufficient, and shows when, how, and in what spirit to use them effectively. Part 2, The Peace within You, offers an uplifting and invigorating approach to "the peace which passeth understanding" at the core of every human being, showing how its rich serenity can be consciously integrated into daily living.
