Once she starts to dance, Catcher drops his guard. Jinx has magnetic wiles, stunning beauty and cut-rate morals beneficial to seamless seductions. Following her soothing encroachments, Catcher is hurled into a fateful journey through the unknown. And Jinx? She has unwittingly contrived her own private deliverance from hell...dead or alive. If the killer following them down the river has his way, she will die. He will kill her after he finishes with Catcher.... It's just the three of them, off the grid and after midnight, in the Ozark backwoods. A very personal affair in a terribly remote location.
