Alexander, Prince of Andria, is about to embark on a journey that could very well alter the course of his life. He's been quieter since the death of his parents, the late King and Queen of Andria, engrossing himself in the pages of a novel whenever possible. His journey begins on the day his brother, the King of Andria, is to be married. This marriage is not one of love, but of sacrifice. The bride does indeed fall in love, but with her husband's brother instead. The only person keeping Alexander from partaking in this star-crossed love affair is Lizbeth. Lizbeth is a servant girl and close friend of Alexander who will do anything to gain his affection. And, anything means anything. Watch as Alexander navigates a life of court intrigue and princehood as well as first love and romance in Holly Pfeiffer's debut novel, A Shining Image.
