This is a story about trust. The importance of it, how quickly it can be destroyed, and how difficult it can sometimes be to rebuild.
Edward thought his twenty-five-year marriage to Carolyn was solid, as did Helen after her thirty years with George. It took but an instant for each to discover just how mistaken they were. Edward met Helen when she asked for his help to stop George's attempt to force his way back into her house and her life.
