Enna is a monster hunter alongside her two best friends. She meets a good dog and his owner by chance, then they part ways. The monster hunters inadvertently save the life of a marked man (the dog owner from earlier) during the chaos of two groups of brigands attacking the town. They find out Cephas is a scholar and philosopher whose ideas angered nobles enough that assassins are hunting him. Nikki Flynn is an author who predominantly writes in the fantasy genre. She has written Chronicles of Fhaerythe (ongoing) and the Grim series (ongoing); Flynn co-authored Anthologies of Ullord (ongoing). Her writing includes novella through novel-length works and audio fiction episode scripts.Flynn has been writing most of her life. She wanted to share her ideas and worlds with others. After continuously writing and learning she took creative writing courses in college to sharpen her storytelling skills. Flynn has a master's degree in criminal behavior and has added various fiction works to her author bookshelf since. Flynn incorporates her background in psychology and human behavior into her character writing.
