New parents (mothers and fathers) who often struggle or feel clueless about caring for their young child--this book is for you! This book will help you identify behaviors and give tips (CLUES) on how to deal with them before they become an issue. It can act as a point of guidance when caring for your child. If you are caring for a dependent elderly person or parent, this book is for you too! This book emphasizes techniques to help the elderly become a part of their care. A Better Way to Care focuses on the needs of the receiver, and the task becomes secondary. This book helps define optimal care by challenging the persons giving the care to search deeper within themselves to treat the whole individual and not just the superficial needs. I believe that the key to understanding aids the cycle of well-being in any individual, young and old. Bring your love, understanding, and patience of a true nurturer to the task, and use CLUES and let GRACE unfold.
