The 10 steps towards Healing, Reconciliation &Transformation is a book developed for young single mothers. The steps provided in this book form the 10 milestones adopted from the Star Moms program. Star Moms is a program that aims to give support, empower, coach and mentor young mothers who are facing different challenges in their motherhood journey; a program developed by Tabitha Mwai. Young mothers often face stigma, rejection, emotional and financial challenges which can, in the long run, affect them negatively. This program creates a safe space for you to heal wounds, reconcile with loved ones and/or family and transform your life. The young mothers are taken through a 10 weeks life transformation program where they will deal with emotional baggage in three folds from scarred, stirred and finally become a STAR. The steps provides a form of healing therapy whether one is in the program or just reading through the steps.
