Pep Comic Issue 379 features the story "Archie and the Gang in Pool with a View". Jughead heads to the Lodge house for a swim in the pool only to find it is overrun by a sorority doing a fashion show as a fund raiser. When Jughead tells Archie and Reggie what is going on they can't get to Veronica's fast enough. Will they get there in time? Other stories in this issue include " Dilton Doiley in Vacation Daze", "Mort and Charley Hawse", "Betty and Veronica in Strained Relations", and more. Originally running from 1940 all the way into the '80s, PEP was the platform for Archie's first appearance in 1941 and introduced many of the Riverdale citizens that the world still follows over 80 years later.
