Bittersweet Vows

Lured from the Dustbowls of Kansas, naïve newlyweds Aaron and Emily, head to Chicago with ambitions of a humble way of life. They soon discover the Great Depression has crippled the metropolis. Unable to secure honest employment Aaron is drawn to Marco 'Polo' Russi's bootlegging enterprise, who is in a fierce Beer War with his rival Fred 'The Red' Wiess. And if that wasn't enough, the city is being terrorized by a VAMPIRE, the press has dubbed 'The Cut-Throat of Chi- Town'. What are Aaron and Emily willing to sacrifice to survive the hardships of an unforgiving city, ruthless gangsters, and a vagabond bloodsucker?
