Shentu: Memories of Spring

The immortal apothecary Shentu and her young mortal apprentice Xiaohou travel around Ancient China on their quest to recreate the elixir of life. As the springtime of Xiaohou's childhood flashes by Shentu's eyes, she grapples with the consequences of her immortality as Xiaohou grows from a boy into a young man.
