Chawkaterro, the evil spirit that's cursed and forced to feed on human flesh, has found a new host in the body of the baby, Little Wolf. Little Wolf is stolen by a "white trash" couple connected with the Satan's Children motorcycle gang. Not until the dead bodies begin to stack up do they realize the baby is bad medicine. Little Wolf's life is in peril by Chawkaterro, the abusive family who kidnapped him, and even the police detective, Kirk, who ultimately discovers the truth about Chawkaterro and how he is lurking inside the body of Little Wolf.
