Who in their right mind would want to be a cricket umpire? From Sunday Village Friendlies and the County Championship to the hallowed turf of the MCG, I umpired hundreds of cricket matches in both England and Australia. For sixteen years, I had a front row seat for any number of wonderful fixtures, and I met some of the best female cricketers in the world. I only wish I could do it all again. STUMPED is a lighthearted and amusing memoir of my umpiring career.
