Strange Affair

When Inspector Alan Banks receives a disturbing phone call from his estranged brother, he immediately heads to London. Meanwhile Detective Annie Cabbot rushes to a gruesome murder scene on the outskirts of Eastvale. Soon both investigations lead to the same horrifying conclusion.
