Every Christian can live a more heroic faith. "Heroic Faith" is not a new concept describing biblical disciples. For more than two thousand years, heroes of the faith have endured terrible suffering as they dedicate their lives to Jesus Christ. They choose to obey the Lord daily in order to advance Christ and his kingdom at any cost, like Boun, who is willing to risk everything in order to have a copy of God's Word.

And as you read the stories of these persecuted Christian brothers and sisters and realize that we are knit together –united by the blood and lordship of Christ–you will be inspired by how they live with heroic faith.
The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) serves persecuted Christians in the world's most difficult and dangerous places to follow Christ. Pastor Richard Wurmbrand and his wife, Sabina, founded VOM after being imprisoned for their Christian witness in Communist Romania. Since 1967, VOM has been dedicated to inspiring all believers to a biblical faith by telling the stories of persecuted Christians, thereby inspiring a deeper commitment to Chriset and the fulfillment of his Great Commission, no matter the cost.
