This short audio presentation by Dr. Denis McBrinn and narrated by Sara Dylan is designed to bring a clear understanding of what giving means, how to do more of it in your life it, and to lead you gently into reflection on the level of giving currently in your life. "The heart that gives, gathers." Tao Te Ching Much happiness can be obtained by giving. When we give of ourselves to others we feel the glow of the life force flowing through us. Our sense of spiritual fulfilment is strongly associated with our contribution to the well-being of others. No one can survive without others contributing in some way to their welfare. New born babies do not survive unless they are given care and attention from others. Babies cannot develop alone. Giving and receiving is an essential human need. We have evolved to give and to receive.
