Drastic Park

On vacation from his security job, Gil Beckman is enjoying a visit to an elaborate amusement park. But when one park employee disappears, and a murder occurs soon after, the ex-police detective is pulled into the investigation. As always, Gil relies on his sense of humor and his faith. What's happening at this park, though, isn't entertaining--it's terrifying. The Gil Beckman mysteries offer exciting combinations of mystery and spiritual challenges. Gil is reminiscent of the hard-boiled detectives of the Mike Hammer era. His Christian beliefs, however, add an additional dimension to his character.
