This wonderful book will sharpen faith, challenge complacency and renew vision … read it and become battle ready… Dr Rachel Jordan-Wolf, National Adviser for Mission and Evangelism for the Church of England
When Jesus was tested in the wilderness, a significant part of the enemy's challenge was to tempt Him to doubt God's word and question His own identity. A similar challenge confronts us today. Be Victorious is a unique 40-day devotional that mirrors Jesus' time in the desert. It will help readers to confront the daily battle for our minds. It explores the common temptations that we all face, and allows space for biblical truth to realign our thinking. Instead of engaging the enemy in a conversation, Jesus rebuffed his attack using our most powerful weapon: the Sword of the Spirit – the Word of God. We must do the same!
