You want to show up well for the people you care about, yet it can feel like no matter how hard you try, you're still falling short. Too distracted, too emotional, too intense, too messy-some days it feels like you're both not enough and far too much.
In Lost in Translation, Kristen breaks down how ADHD traits shape the five relationship spheres that most influence our lives-friendships, work dynamics, romantic partnerships, and the bonds between parents and children.
Filled with guidance on navigating rejection sensitivity, clarifying your relational needs, making meaningful repairs, and practicing genuine self-acceptance-plus real stories from people who've been there-this audiobook gives you the tools to create real, lasting change.
