Purpose must be known before it can become the driving force of any life. Vision creates the path to achieve such pursuit. This book has introduced a change in the perspective that having a vision is the ultimate guarantee for success; changing the paradigm to knowing vision is not enough. You may have read many great books on your why, purpose, destiny, the pursuit of happiness, and the difference between vision and a job. Most times, there is still a missing link. I have discovered many people sincerely desire to live for a greater purpose, but never achieve their desire. The missing links are what this book is all about. What are the reasons an ivy-league professor of resource economics dies as a pauper? Or, why an astrologist suffered from impending doom they predicted? Without vision and direction, people can perish, and a nation can fail. The United States of America, as a world leader, had a vision of a looming pandemic that may cripple the world. Two former presidents, George W. Bush in 2005 and Barack Obama in 2014, spoke concisely about the imminent pandemic that may stalemate the global economy. They visualized and had the mental image of the perceived devastation. What happened? How did the coronavirus catch us unaware and challenge our global leadership? Where did we get it wrong as leaders and as a nation? Perhaps they thought vision was enough. What makes an individual set out on a journey and never arrive at their destination? Is vision an end in itself or a means to an end? With insights drawn from Biblical perspectives and my personal experiences, this book will stimulate your curiosity and propel a churning within you. Vision is not enough, ultimately reinforces a mindset change that the better part of you is yet to unfold; the manifestation of your locked potentials.
