When a mysterious object crashes in the Nevada desert, seasoned operative Kerry Randolph is thrust into a high-stakes mission that will test his skills, his team, and his very soul. As the leader of an elite task force, Kerry must navigate a labyrinth of secrets and lies, where every decision could mean the difference between life and death.
Joining Kerry on this perilous journey is an elite team of experts, each with their own unique skills and strengths. There's Megan "Meg" Walters, a cybersecurity genius with a talent for network infiltration; Devin Carter, a Special Forces marksman with a penchant for explosives; Troy "Gunny" Perez, a martial arts expert with a long-range marksman's precision; Jade Montgomery, a signals intelligence analyst with a gift for cryptanalysis; Bryce "Doc" Halley, an Air Force Pararescue medic with a talent for trauma care; and Alicia Tuttle, a maritime operations expert with a strategist's mind.
Together, this cohesive unit must confront the unimaginable horrors that await them, all while grappling with the ethical implications of their mission. As they delve deeper into the enigma, they'll encounter an alien entity known as Subject Echo, whose presence challenges their understanding of reality and reveals a looming threat from another race, far more dangerous than anything they've ever encountered.
With time running out, Kerry and his team must decipher the cryptic warnings and prevent a catastrophe of cosmic proportions. They'll have to fight their way through hordes of enemies, both human and alien, to uncover the truth and save humanity from the brink of destruction. Will they be able to overcome their differences and work together to save the world, or will the shadows of deception and hidden agendas tear them apart?
