We too often listen to negative self-chatter about ourselves or others, but not so inclined to listen to our instincts or trust ourselves.
Where would you be in your life today if you had trusted yourself in the past and not talked yourself out of things that felt right?
When we make a mistake or fail at something, we can lose faith in ourselves. This makes it easier for self-doubting thoughts and self-sabotaging habits to sneak in. However, imagine a life where you freely and openly trust yourself. Then, you have no fear that you will make a mistake or be judged or mistreated. Your decision will come fully yours to make, based on your own instincts.
Our 'Trust yourself' affirmation program is about to help you do just that.
When you read the eBook 'Trust yourself' from My Mind Valley, your mindset will be re-oriented towards taking that leap and betting on yourself. Just absorb the material and let the change happen without you even knowing it!
Here are some of the changes you will notice using the 'Trust yourself' affirmation program: • Better awareness and a solution-oriented mindset • Quick and precise problem resolution • Less stress and anxiety, with more tranquility • Higher levels of self-confidence and self-esteem • Ultimately, being at peace with yourself and others
