Morgan Stuart is a former collegiate softball player and National Champion who knows firsthand the weight of expectations and the sting of falling short. After years spent tying her identity to her performance, she eventually developed the mental strength and perspective she longed for during her playing days. Her journey inspired the creation of The Real Work, a growing community dedicated to helping athletes define themselves not by wins or losses, but by their resilience, recovery, and commitment to personal growth. Today, Morgan empowers athletes to understand their journeys more deeply and to approach challenges with confidence, honesty, and heart.
