In the heart of Scranton, where the supernatural lurks just beneath the surface, Kara and her sisters possess a remarkable ancestral gift-the ability to transform into the powerful Kodiak Bear. Their lives are entwined with the legacy of their great, great grandfather, who left them a treasure in the form of honey farms that have sustained their family for generations. All is serene in their world until an ominous threat, one that even the local vampires find unsettling, breaches their tranquil city, endangering one of their own. In the face of danger, the sisters unveil their sharpest claws, and they seek an unlikely ally: the captivating Stephan, a vampire with a penchant for Kara. Yet, in a world governed by ancient rules that forbid the mingling of their kind, Kara finds herself at a crossroads, torn between her instincts and societal norms. As the sisters delve deeper into their family's history, they unearth dark secrets dating back to their great grandfather's time. Kara, in her quest to break a long-standing family curse, discovers that her need for Stephan goes beyond the supernatural. Together, they must confront the past, navigate forbidden desires, and combat an ominous legacy. In doing so, Kara may come to realize that healing her heart is just as essential as breaking the curse, and Stephan might hold the key to both their destinies.
