A man who calls himself 'The Jackdaw' has been abducting financial sector workers in London. He believes they must be punished for crimes of greed and for causing the banking crisis. The victims' crimes are broadcast to the thousands who decide the verdict. Once the jury has decided, the Jackdaw will be the executioner. DI Sean Corrigan inherits the case, but as the Jackdaw's popularity grows, he won't stop until his mission is complete.
