ATTENDING A HOLISTIC HEALING RETREAT CAN OPEN THE BODY, MIND, AND SOUL. BUT WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU RETURN? HOW DO YOU INTEGRATE THIS NEWLY LEARNED WISDOM? AND IF YOU CAN DO SO, HOW DOES LIFE AS YOU KNOW IT CHANGE?
These are the exact questions that five friends-Marlee, Maggie, Juliette, Sophia, and Annie-must come to terms with a year after visiting Nueva Vida, a spiritual center in Costa Rica. Fully immersed in their daily lives, how will they handle what lies ahead? Do they resort to old behaviors, or do they employ higher, more elevated strategies?
While they anticipate some of the difficulties they face, others appear out of nowhere. Or do they? After all, isn't there an underlying purpose in everything?
Whether an unexpected pregnancy, a surprising job offer, or startling news from home, these women, coined The Healers, call upon their gifts, intuitive knowing, and one another's support to overcome obstacles as they forge ahead on their individual paths. In the process, they learn the power of trust, surrender, and faith.
Witness each woman's transformation through this third and final book of The Awakening Series. Coming of age, aging, parenting, and needing a parent are just a few of the challenges The Healers confront. Together and as individuals, they dig deep within, ultimately realizing their truths and dreams. Once they do, they're ready to embrace life's uncertainties and say yes to the opportunities that lie ahead.
