The Haunted Well

There was little water in the well and a huge banyan tree near it. Travellers would generally stop and rest under the shade of the tree and then go ahead. But for the last few days, sounds of drums had been coming from the well. The sounds would become louder during the night. Everyone thought that ghosts sang and danced in this well. Since then, people had stopped going near it.
And Sai fell into that well!
