About the Author My name is Pate Muse IV (aka Mr.245), and I am an entrepreneur, the owner of Determined Wellness Motivation and Motorsports, and a fitness coach. My mission is to help anyone who wants to lose weight, overcome challenges, and take control of their health and fitness. My journey to wellness was anything but easy. I survived two near-death experiences-one involving gun violence and the other complications from surgery. These events, coupled with a period of intense personal isolation, led to a transformation that was as much mental as it was physical.
