Yes, the dose makes the poison, but the dose also makes the healing. So, what's the right measurement? There are six factors in every human relationship that can make us or break us, depending on the dose of each of them. I'm talking about six human relationship boundaries - the only six that exist. This book shows you how to carefully measure and manage that dosage. While this book will help relationships go from good to great, it is made specifically for anyone who wants to make a tricky relationship better, healthier, and happier. Welcome to the only book about boundaries that you'll ever need. Here's how it works. From first chapter until the last, you will focus on either one person in your life or one group - be it a personal, professional, romantic, familial, political, religious, social, or any other form of human relationship. What you learn through this process will forever change the way you manage your sense of health, happiness, and satisfaction in this and every relationship.
