"Every human being participates in life through faithful companions."
The Ego and the Empathic Being. Two faithful companions, each shaping the way we participate in life - one organising our experience, the other quietly orienting it toward compassion, love, and connection. Neither exists to oppose the other. Together, they form what this book calls the Whole Being.
The Balance Point offers a gentle, original framework for recognising this relationship - not as a new belief to adopt, but as an invitation to notice what you may have quietly known all along.
Across six movements - Recognition, Understanding, Openings, Liberation, Expression, and Completion - it explores how fulfilment and peace arise not from more experience, but from balance.
