Bill Fulton and Jeanne Devon have spent a lifetime preparing. Bill, an Army veteran who also worked undercover for the FBI, spent more than a decade running an army surplus store in Anchorage, Alaska, while learning to live off the land with his family. Jeanne, a longtime Alaska resident who forages and preserves wild plants while cooking, camping, and traveling across the Last Frontier, has survived earthquakes, volcanoes, and power outages in subzero temperatures. In this book, Bill and Jeanne harness their collective expertise and training to provide families with practical advice on how to stay healthy and safe when catastrophe strikes.
